2:19. ಈ ಸುಳ್ಳುಬೋಧಕರು ಆ ಜನರಿಗೆ ಸ್ವಾತಂತ್ರ್ಯವನ್ನು ಕೊಡುವುದಾಗಿ ವಾಗ್ದಾನ ಮಾಡುತ್ತಾರೆ. ಆದರೆ ಈ ಸುಳ್ಳುಬೋಧಕರೇ ಸ್ವತಂತ್ರರಾಗದೆ ನಾಶವಾಗುವಂಥ ಸಂಗತಿಗಳಿಗೆ ಗುಲಾಮರಾಗಿದ್ದಾರೆ. ಒಬ್ಬನು ಯಾವುದಕ್ಕೆ ಸೋತುಹೋಗಿದ್ದಾನೋ ಅದಕ್ಕೆ ಗುಲಾಮನಾಗಿದ್ದಾನೆ.
